THE STORY
Three generations built it. We intend to be worthy of it.
Three generations of the Grubb family built one of the region’s leading lifting companies. The name stands for safety, workmanship, and hard jobs done right.
In 2026, the family chose a new owner for the next era. We had known Grubb’s leadership for more than a decade. We saw what they saw: a great company with its best years ahead.
So we are investing in it. In its people, its fleet, its systems, and its reach. The goal is simple. Keep what made Grubb great, and give it room to grow.

THE NEXT CHAPTER
What’s Ahead
People
New leadership roles, the company’s first firm-wide bonus plan, and real ownership in the outcome.
Technology
A new CRM, systems that talk to each other, and data behind pricing and scheduling.
Growth
More services for existing customers, and new ground across the region.
Acquisitions
Bringing strong regional operators into the Grubb family.
Our company was built on a strong foundation. That legacy will continue to guide everything we do. I have personally known the principals at Halo for over a decade, and I am excited to partner with them to accelerate our growth trajectory from the foundation our management team and the Grubb family have built.”
- Michael Good, President of W.O. Grubb
