Cole is responsible for the sourcing, diligence, execution, monitoring and monetization of Halo portfolio company investments. Prior to Halo, Cole spent three years as an investment professional at Pacific Avenue Capital Partners, where he focused on carve-outs and operationally complex transactions in the industrials sector. Prior to Pacific Avenue, Cole was an investment professional with Namakor Holdings, where he focused on executing and monitoring investments in industrial manufacturing companies. Prior to Namakor, Cole was an investment professional with Innovative Industrial Properties (NYSE: IIPR). Cole studied mechanical engineering at the California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
