Pan is responsible for Halo's fund and management company operations in partnership with Nate and Dil. Prior to Halo, Pan spent approximately ten (10) years with StepStone Group, most recently as Managing Director. At StepStone, Pan held senior roles leading investment operations, capital markets, fund accounting and operational due diligence across the platform. Prior to StepStone, Pan helped build operations, accounting and compliance for Sarissa Capital Management, a start-up activist hedge fund. Prior to Sarissa, Pan held finance roles with Lexington Partners and Aetna Capital Management. Pan studied finance and economics at the University of Delaware
