Nate is responsible for leading Halo's investments and the day-to-day management of the firm with Dil. Prior to Halo, Nate spent ten (10) years as a senior investment professional at Clearlake, where he played a significant role in scaling the firm and leading investments in the industrials and technology sectors. Prior to Clearlake, Nate was on the investment team at Metalmark Capital, where he focused on investments across the industrials and healthcare sectors. Prior to Metalmark, Nate worked in the Utility, Power & Renewables investment banking group at Credit Suisse. Nate has been involved in over twenty (20) private equity company boards. Nate studied architecture and economics at Yale.

Nate and his wife Agata have two daughters (4 and 2) and two golden retrievers (8 and 4) that have a social media presence @chasin_chester.
