Dil is responsible for leading Halo's investments and the day-to-day management of the firm with Nate. Prior to Halo, Dil spent eleven (11) years as an investment professional at Clearlake, where he was involved with scaling the firm and investing in the technology and industrials sectors. Prior to Clearlake, Dil was a member of the investment team at H.I.G. Capital, focusing on lower middle-market buyouts across a broad range of industries. Prior to H.I.G., Dil worked in the Global Technology investment banking group at Morgan Stanley, advising technology clients on M&A and capital markets transactions. Dil has been involved in over twenty (20) private equity company boards. Dil studied business administration at the Walter A. Haas School of Business at U.C. Berkeley.

Dil and his wife Firoza have a son (3) and daughter (2) and a Samoyed (7).
